Risk first: the rules every member trades by
Rule one: never risk more than 1–2% of the account on a single trade. A ten-loss streak should be uncomfortable, not fatal.
Rule two: the stop loss goes in with the entry, every time, no exceptions, even on a setup you're certain about.
Rule three: two open positions maximum while you're learning. Correlated pairs count as one idea, not two.
Rule four: journal the trade — the reason you took it and how you felt. Patterns in your behaviour show up faster than patterns in the market.
Rule five: stop trading for the day after two losses. The third trade after two losses is almost always revenge, and revenge is expensive.
Trading foreign exchange carries risk and past results do not guarantee future returns. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
